Pelvic girdle pain
SI joint and pubic symphysis pain, the classic 'walking hurts' presentation. Highly responsive to focused care.
Gentle, pregnancy-safe chiropractic and soft-tissue care across every trimester, plus a structured post-partum recovery plan when you're ready.

Pregnancy is a load test on your spine, pelvis, and connective tissue. Up to two-thirds of pregnancies involve meaningful low back or pelvic girdle pain at some point, and the right conservative care can make the difference between toughing it out and actually enjoying the months you're in.
Pre/postnatal care here uses pregnancy-safe positioning (side-lying, pregnancy pillows, no prone work past first trimester), gentle joint mobilization rather than high-velocity adjustments, soft-tissue release, and a small daily mobility plan that supports the changing pelvis.
SI joint and pubic symphysis pain, the classic 'walking hurts' presentation. Highly responsive to focused care.
Diffuse low back ache from postural shift and ligament laxity. Eases with gentle mobility work + supportive exercise.
Sharp pulling on the side of the belly or aching ribs from a shifted diaphragm. Soft tissue release usually settles it.
Treatment plans flex with your trimester, your symptoms, and your goals. Here's what you can expect from the visit itself.

The post-partum body has its own set of needs: a stretched-out abdominal wall (sometimes diastasis), weakened pelvic floor and core, shoulders strained from feeding, and a fatigue level that limits how much rehab work you can realistically do.
Our post-partum plan starts wherever you are. We screen for diastasis, prioritize the foundational core and pelvic floor work, and build progression at a pace that fits new-parent reality. Most patients see meaningful improvement in 4–8 visits.

“Booked for a running gait analysis before a half marathon. The video breakdown of my stride was eye-opening and the exercises sorted out the knee pain that kept derailing my training.”
