What we do

One team, one building, one plan.

Adjustments, massage, shockwave, and acupuncture share the same building and one team. Most patients leave the first visit with a plan they can describe to their partner. That's the bar.

Orthopedic and movement assessment on every first visit
A plan built around your body, with no long contracts
Direct billing and same-day Jane App bookings

Dr. Matthew Serrick is an Advanced Practice Provider with Unity Health at St. Michael's Hospital, in the Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) for Low Back Pain (formerly ISAEC). That hospital-side training shapes how every case gets handled here: careful triage, evidence-based protocols, a clear path forward. Concussion rehabilitation, sports and running assessment, and women's health care round out the team, two minutes from College station.

What patients say

A few words from people we've helped get back to what they love.

Steps from College station and they direct-bill my insurance, so it's an easy visit. Real assessment, no pressure, and a plan I could actually follow at home.

I saw Dr. Clarke through my pregnancy for pelvic pain. Gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring the whole way. It made a real difference to how I felt day to day.
Hannah L.· Google
Booked for a running gait analysis before a half marathon. The video breakdown of my stride was eye-opening and the exercises sorted out the knee pain that kept derailing my training.

Common questions

What new patients ask first

No referral is needed. Chiropractic care does not require a doctor's referral in Ontario, so you can book directly through Jane App.
Plan for 45–60 minutes. The first visit covers history, an orthopedic and movement assessment, and a treatment plan you'll review together.
We direct-bill most major insurance providers. Bring your insurance details and we'll handle the rest at the front desk.
Yes. There's metered street parking on Carlton St. and several paid lots within a two-minute walk, and we're directly outside College subway station for transit.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We'll provide a gown if a specific area needs to be assessed.
