Steven is an evidence-based, active-care centred practitioner from the Greater Toronto Area. After completing his BSc in physiology and his MSc in exercise physiology at McGill University, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating summa cum laude.
His care style is hands-on but rehab-forward: an adjustment, mobilization, or soft-tissue release to bring the irritation down quickly, paired with a small, daily exercise plan that prevents the next episode. Steven believes most long-term outcomes come from what patients do between visits, so the exercises he prescribes are deliberately short, specific, and progressive.
A former member of the McGill Track and Field team with provincial- and national-level medals, Steven still competes in running groups and road races, and plays golf, volleyball, and ice hockey. His clinical interests centre on sport-related biomechanics, running gait analysis, concussion management, ergonomic assessment, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, laser and shockwave therapy, and nutrition counselling.
