Acute soft-tissue injury
Sprains, strains, post-surgical healing, and acute tendinopathy. Laser accelerates the early-phase repair cascade.
Low-level laser therapy for pain, inflammation, and tissue healing. A pain-free, drug-free adjunct that pairs well with manual care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT, also called photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate the cellular machinery responsible for healing. The light is absorbed by mitochondria, which respond by increasing ATP production, the cell's energy currency, and dialing up the local inflammatory and repair cascade.
In practical terms: faster soft-tissue healing, reduced acute inflammation, and meaningful pain relief for many musculoskeletal conditions. It's pain-free, drug-free, and pairs well with manual therapy and exercise as part of a structured plan.
Sprains, strains, post-surgical healing, and acute tendinopathy. Laser accelerates the early-phase repair cascade.
Long-standing tendinopathy, joint inflammation, and chronic neck or back pain. Often the missing piece when manual therapy alone has plateaued.
Combine with rehab loading to shorten the gap between 'no longer hurts' and 'ready for full training.'

Laser therapy works best as part of a structured plan, not as a stand-alone modality. We pair it with manual therapy, exercise prescription, and (when indicated) shockwave or other adjuncts. Used together, they accelerate the rate at which tissue rebuilds capacity.
Sessions are 5–15 minutes depending on the area, and most patients see noticeable improvement within 3–6 sessions.

About the clinic
A few words from people we've helped get back to what they love.
“Steps from College station and they direct-bill my insurance, so it's an easy visit. Real assessment, no pressure, and a plan I could actually follow at home.”
“I saw Dr. Clarke through my pregnancy for pelvic pain. Gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring the whole way. It made a real difference to how I felt day to day.”
“Booked for a running gait analysis before a half marathon. The video breakdown of my stride was eye-opening and the exercises sorted out the knee pain that kept derailing my training.”
